We offer free shipping from our warehouse to your door anywhere in the US. We currently do not ship out of the US.

You will receive an email with order confirmation within a few hours of placing your order.

We will process your order within 3-5 business days.

You will then receive an email with UPS tracking information just as soon as we have shipped your order.

Returns

We sincerely hope you’ll never want to return your Washabelle. But we’ll make it easy if you do.

Within the 101 Night Trial, just contact us and we’ll arrange to pick up your mattress at no cost to you, and give you a full refund—no questions asked. We’ll then donate the mattress to a local charity. Don’t worry, you don’t have to try to stuff it back into its original box.

For return requests within your 10-year limited warranty, contact us.
